Senior Officer, Impact and Innovation
Grant Williams is a Senior Officer on the Impact and Innovation team at Calvert Impact, where he leads new product development and market-building initiatives, working to bridge capital and community intermediaries. He is dedicated to advancing wealth-building and shared ownership models as solutions to economic inequality.
Prior to joining Calvert Impact:
Grant brings over a decade of experience advancing community ownership and economic democracy across economic development, policy, and research. His career spans work as a Policy Analyst in the NYC Office of the Mayor, Program Director at MIT CoLab, economic development consultant, and research director working with electric cooperatives across rural America.
Grant holds a Master's of City Planning from MIT and a B.A. in Mathematics from Carroll College. He lives in Helena, Montana.
