Krystal Langholz

Head of Impact and Innovation

Krystal Langholz is the Head of Impact and Innovation at Calvert Impact. Krystal leads the design and development of new products that address market gaps, while incubating early-stage operations and building strategic relationships. She also oversees the impact measurement and management team and is deeply committed to scaling impact with integrity.

Prior to joining Calvert Impact, Krystal served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy and Capitalization at Oweesta Corporation, a national Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) intermediary. Before her tenure at Oweesta, she was the founding Executive Director of Hunkpati Investments, a certified Native CDFI serving the Crow Creek Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Krystal holds an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Colorado State University and a B.A. from Luther College. She lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, with her husband, two children, and their golden doodle.
