Lynée M. Bradley is a seasoned international banking executive and a recognized strategist in sustainable finance and impact investment. With over 20 years of experience, Lynée has pioneered innovative financing solutions to catalyze private investment in emerging markets, with a particular focus, on climate finance and financial inclusion.
As the Director and North America Head of Export and Agency Finance (EAF) at Citigroup, Lynée led global teams to structure and execute over $3 billion in complex blended finance transactions. Her expertise spans concessional capital, guarantees, and de-risking instruments that mobilize private sector funding for renewable energy, social infrastructure, and financial inclusion. She has also contributed thought leadership on sustainability, driving product innovation and alignment with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
Lynée’s career includes collaborations with development finance institutions (DFIs), multilateral development banks (MDBs), and agencies such as the U.S. Development Finance Corporation and the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Before her tenure at Citi, Lynée worked as an independent consultant, advising global organizations such as the United Nations Relief and Works Agency and the Africa Development Bank. Her projects ranged from establishing microfinance facilities in Sudan to designing financial models for inclusive banking in Asia and Latin America.
Lynée holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in International Business and German Studies from the University of Puget Sound.
