Senior Officer, Technical Services and IMM

Mayowa is Senior Officer, Technical Services and IMM at Calvert Impact. In this role, Mayowa serves as the technical services and impact measurement and management lead for the Mission Driven Bank Fund, supporting the fund’s collaborative efforts to foster a stronger and more inclusive banking system by investing in mission driven banks that provide credit and financial services to lower-wealth communities, rural communities, and communities of color across the United States.

Mayowa started his career working with mission driven organizations to design and evaluate impact focused initiatives that advanced positive health and socioeconomic outcomes in communities across the nation. This work allowed him to hold research, evaluation, and strategic planning roles at organizations such as Boston Medical Center, Health Resources in Action, and Neighborworks America.

Most recently Mayowa worked at a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance, leading impact measurement and management processes for community development focused investments, partnerships, and programs. A major responsibility of Mayowa’s role was utilizing his IMM and strategic planning expertise to support a team that provided technical assistance and access to capital for mission driven financial institutions and minority developers.
