Before joining Calvert Impact Capital:
Prior to joining Calvert Impact Capital, Ruth was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, in New York and Hong Kong, where she represented U.S. and international private equity firms in fund raising, formation, investment and compliance matters and other transactions. During her time at Ropes & Gray, Ruth also maintained an active pro bono practice serving various not-for-profit organizations, including advising on incorporation, governance, regulatory and contract matters and facilitating workshops for small business owners. She recently completed a fellowship with the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship at NYU. Ruth received her JD from NYU School of Law and BBA from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
