Introducing CIC Global Impact

Calvert Impact Capital, the nonprofit issuer of the Community Investment Note®, has a new parent company - CIC Global Impact, Inc. (CICGI). CICGI is a mission-aligned nonprofit created to allow us to expand our products and services over time, while not changing the purpose, portfolio, balance sheet, operations, or staff and board of Calvert Impact Capital.
This change does not affect the Community Investment Note®, but we plan to leverage this new corporate structure to continue to innovate at Calvert Impact Capital, and also in future subsidiaries that we plan to create and will inform you about as we can.
