Experience

We have successfully syndicated 22 facilities totaling more than $300 million, engaging more than 30 institutional lenders to support domestic and international markets, covering diverse impact sectors and attracting a broad mix of participants—including financial institutions, philanthropic foundations, and family offices.

Interested Lenders

Targeted facility size ranges from $15 million to $50 million. Interested institutional lenders are invited to participate in these deals at a minimum commitment of $1 million.

Greenline Ventures' Small Business Capital Fund I is a $20 million syndicated facility. Greenline’s portfolio includes Everytable – a B Corp-certified social enterprise with a mission to make nutritious, fresh food affordable and accessible to all. From their Los Angeles base, Everytable creates fresh and nutritious meals that are distributed to their various retail locations – many in food deserts or underserved communities. Everytable’s variable pricing model allows them to set affordable prices in each neighborhood they operate in.
