Holly Williams

Director, Institutional Relations

Holly Williams is the Director of Institutional Relations at Calvert Impact, bringing extensive experience in the international development finance sector, particularly in areas such as renewable energy, transportation, housing, urban renovation, and microfinance.

From 2018 to 2024, she held key roles at Habitat for Humanity International, initially as Director of the Habitat Development Council, where she led resource mobilization efforts with principal donors, advisors, and high-level advocates. Later, as Director of Investor Relations, she spearheaded engagement with investors and strategic partners to raise capital for Habitat’s flagship impact investing vehicles. Prior to her time at Habitat, Holly worked in Caracas, Venezuela, and Bogotá, Colombia, as a Senior Executive in the Institutional Funding department at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America. While at CAF, Holly promoted and structured multilateral credit facilities with international financial institutions, public agencies, and global funds.

Holly began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Loja, Ecuador. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from New York University (NYU) and a Master’s in International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University. Holly grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii.
