Margot is the Chief Investment Officer at Philadelphia-based Spring Point Partners, a social impact organization that funds transformative leaders, networks and solutions that power community change and justice. She also serves on the investment advisory committees of Circulate Capital (Singapore) and Builders Initiative, and is a member of the Environmental Finance Advisory Board to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Previously, Margot served as CFO/CIO at Closed Loop Partners, a fund manager focused on circular economy solutions, and as Vice President of Strategy at Calvert Impact Capital. Before entering the investment world, she worked in international development and reproductive health programs in the U.S. and internationally. She earned her M.B.A. from University of California-Berkeley and a B.A. from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
